Conventional Colleague to Person Retiring Speech
CONTENT: This is a speech to be given by you as a colleague of the person retiring. It covers the usual topics that should be mentioned: praising some of their personal qualities; reminiscing about experiences shared and wishing them well in retirement.
FORMAT: This produces a basic three-minute speech that only requires some simple answers to a few simple questions. It also has an optional second stage that will give you the opportunity to make it longer and put your own unique mark on the speech by adding your own recollections and thoughts, and fully personalise the speech as your own.
